The Boulder Asian Film Festival has announced its call for entries. From the official announcement:
Entries accepted Dec. 15 thru May 12, '06 for screenplays and thru June 30, '06 for moviesDetails will follow about the short screenplay contest (up to 10 pages). For your planning purposes, screenplays will be accepted beginning Thursday, December 15. The close date is Friday May 12, 2006. We're interested in screenplays that have good stories. Asian characters, subjects, settings and motifs are encouraged, but not required. They should be easily producible (few characters, sets, simple props and can be shot in the Denver area during the current period). The festival, at its discretion, will digitally produce at least one of the screenplays. Click here to read the screenplay contest rules . You can enter and pay on-line. This year there is a $15 fee/entry or $10/entry through www.withoutabox.com. Screenplays may be submitted on-line only through www.withoutabox.com
