1. LOCATIONS: We are looking for a couple locations to shoot as apartments for the main characters that live out in Flushing. Both should be modest traditional Korean apartments. The detail of having an actual Korean family's apartment in New York will add so much to the film's authenticity. I promise there are no crazy action scenes and the crew is 100% professional and responsible. I will personally make sure everyone takes off their shoes when they come in. If you have family or know someone in Queens (Bayside, Elmhurst also work) that may be interested in letting us in, please let me know.

There is also a location fee provided. As well, we work in conjunction with The Mayor's Office of Radio Television and Film. And of course the production is fully insured.

2. CASTING: We have our leads cast (John Cho, Kim Jun Sung, Han Yeorum, Jung Jun Ho). But the big challenge has been finding people who can speak Korean well enough that they sound like they actually are Korean.

There are a number of Older Korean Men (40-50, could even go into as old as 60) that we need to find to play Korean business men and older Bosses for the gangsters.

We also are looking for younger teenage Koreans (preferably 18 that look 16) to play Dongseng gangsters. They don't have to be completely fluent in Korean but they should be comfortable speaking Konglish (peppering in Korean slang seemlessly).

For these parts, we don't need to have completely professional actors. Just people with good attitudes who are comfortable performing.
