The good and the bad

Asian American films get great FilmThreat reviews!

01.26 - Posted by Editor

Two Asian American films at Sundance have gotten great reviews from FilmThreat. Here's a taste:

"212", directed by Anthony Ng
"The lives of these characters intertwine as they attempt to get their love lives in order, making for one very entertaining, and even soothing, romantic comedy."

"Saving Face," directed by Alice Wu
"'Saving Face' is thought provoking and brimming with charm, match that with an infectious sense of humor and outstanding performances and you have a film better than most of the fare hitting national theaters every weekend."

According to the site, the FilmThreat review of Michael Kang's "The Motel" is coming soon.
