synopsis: "Lily Goes Home" is part four and the final part of a four part series on Asian Americans and Vietnam. It chronicles combat nurse, Lily Lee Adams's return to the United States after spending more than a year (1969-1970) as a nurse in Cu Chi. She tells of her ordeal in adjusting to civilian life, the Iran crisis, post traumatic stress disorder, Asian American veterans and Asian American women who served in Vietnam, and her hopes for world peace.
