"Love You to Death" is an 8-minute drama shot on miniDV. It's about a fictional Filipino-American high school girl by the name of Gina Fernandez played by Donna Denina. She has a Filipino boyfriend named Eric (Jeff Bermoy). One late night, Gina's dad (Tony Colinares) discovers Eric still hanging out in Gina's bedroom and Dad goes ballistic. Gina's life soon spirals out of control in spite of the empathy expressed by her mom (Lynda Ovena-Mah). |
